Where you are a client, this also includes your business details and the content needed to build and operate your WhatsApp bot. Where end customers interact with a bot we have built on behalf of a client, we may process information such as their name, phone number, and messages exchanged (for example, order details, appointment requests, or fee enquiries), on behalf of that client, stored using services such as Google Sheets or Supabase. You always have the option not to provide certain information, by choosing not to use a particular feature.
We use personal data to provide the Services you request, assist clients in operating their WhatsApp bots, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, communicate with you about your project, detect and prevent fraud or misuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
We may share personal data with third-party service providers necessary to deliver our Services, including Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), Google Sheets, Supabase, n8n, and our hosting provider. We may disclose personal data to government or law enforcement agencies where required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We adopt reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, or misuse. However, transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, and some inherent risk always remains. Users are responsible for protecting their own login and account credentials.
